Next weekend, 13-14/10, Krikos, in collaboration with Edgar Luizaga, brings to you a different two-day seminar. Within these 2 days we will have the opportunity to work on 2 different aerial apparatuses, as well as on the ground. On Saturday there will be an introduction to Aerial Straps, while on Sunday we will work both on the ground with contemporary dance and in the air with the silks. The seminar is addressed to everyone, regardless of level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

Saturday 13/10, 19.30-21.30
On Saturday, we will have the chance to work for the first time on a different apparatus, the Aerial Straps. The seminar will focus on technique (shoulder positioning, torso and legs), as well as on spins, turns and flow.
Sunday 14/10, 12.30-14.30
On Sunday, the content of the seminar concerns the combination of aerial acrobatics on the silks with movement on the ground. Special emphasis will be given on contemporary dance and intense explosive movements combined with stage expression.
